The test centre is located in the Sinfin district and hence Suki will help familiarise you with the area beforehand.

Using Suki's Car for Driving Tests

Before any of the cars ownder by Suki's school of motoring can be used for your test, Suki must have approved you and decided that you are ready to take the test.

What happens on the day of my test?

The practical driving test lasts approximately 40 minutes and is conducted by a Driving Standard Agency Examiner. Your driving test will start with an eye sight check and some vehicle safety questions. You will then start your practical driving test which will include some specific manoeuvres. Throughout the test your examiner will be looking for an overall safe standard of driving. You can make up to 15 driving faults and still pass the test (16 or more results in failure). However, if you commit one serious or dangerous fault you will fail the test. (Please note that for more advanced courses the threshold for minor faults is much lower).

What do I need to do on the day of my test?

Suki will arrange a time to pick you up. It is usually a good idea to have an hours lesson beforehand to get you in the mood for your test. You will then make your way to the test centre where you will take your test.
